Brevard Architecture has a long history of municipal and commercial architecture. Our extensive construction experience and association with quality contractors have resulted in a history of accurate construction estimates. Once construction begins, we keep change orders to a minimum. We try to limit change orders to unforeseen site developments and to discretionary changes made by the owner.
We know just the right amount of information to put into a set of plans to control the final product without giving craftsman more information than they can understand.
We take much pride in being responsive to our clients; phone calls get returned promptly, questions get answered quickly.
